This story is, in a word, epic. It's very much reminiscent of some NuWho episodes (and particularly--NuWho finales). The fact that one requires little foreknowledge coming in helps make this episode accessible to someone just starting with the audios. I adored this episode for several reasons, most of which boil down to the acting, the story, and the high concept premise. A fun romp.

A phenomenal penultimate episode for s10. The acting was superb, and were it not for the BBC spoiling the two major plot points of the piece, the climax and cliffhanger of the episode itself probably would've been the greatest in NuWho. I would say that 'World Enough and Time' is probably the best, or one of the best, episodes of the show since 2005.
