Perhaps it was the greatness of the previous release, The High Price of Parking. Or perhaps it was that episode 1 of The Blood Furnace was extremely riveting. However, I found that episodes 2, 3 and 4 of The Blood Furnace were near laughable. It went from an intriguing sci-fi story...to witchcraft, which is just plain silly if you ask me. This story could have been something, and I found it very underwhelming.

File on a Classy Club was better than the first Callan release, File on a Deadly Deadshot, but just barely. Callan, a spy story genre, light on the spy and light on the climax, although it is very heavy on the dialog. This story gets very interesting on track 11, yet after a few minutes, the plot has been resolved, and the boring dialog continues until it's over.

One of the funniest Big Finish episodes Big Finish has done, though Pirates does come a bit close. Colin Baker does a great job delivering his lines. And of course it has great relisten value too. 10/10

A great Jamie adventure! Such a puzzling story that has had me relistening to it numerous times because the events come so fast I loose track. I can only hope that a sequel is planned, I'd like the Doctor and Jamie to take on this foe again. 10/10
