The last moments of the Universe appear to have arrived a bit early as the Doctor takes a band of refugees to a great mall where they're given the chance to escape to another universe if they win the lottery---and they can buy a ticket with cash their memories.

The story has a great energy to it as the Doctor tries to figure out why he thinks he was there before. At the same, Benny is courted by the Manager who is this Universe's Master. The acting is wonderful with Rowena Cooper returning as the Mother Superior and Sam Kisgart making a lovely, more subdued (yet still insane and evil Master) and the story has some great reveals that set listeners for another series with Benny and David Warner's Doctor.
