The HAVOC Files 3 was an anthology of the Lethbridge-Stewart series short stories.

A limited number of print copies of the book were made. They were available to preorder on the Candy Jar Books website in January 2017. Physical copies of HAVOC Files 3 were mailed out in March 2017. The anthology was released on kindle on 26 April 2017.
