Okay, I don't really, or at all understand how this story is not rated one of the best. Anyone who appreciates Sci-Fi as a genre should be immediately drawn to this story, its full to the brim with fascinating science fiction ideas: from spaceships powered by solar waves, two universes joined at a point of space held together by the arrow of law that keeps apart law and chaos, Planets built entirely around old Earth culture. Its just full of fascinating ideas. While most stories just stay in one place this story actually creates a realistic idea of the future universe populated by a group of cultures and people that are extremely well written.

As I can see there is only one point that people make about this story. The characters of Amy and the 11th Doctor are completely different from the rest of the stories. Personally I see this as a fantastic thing, because the Characters of Amy and the 11th Doctor are horrible things, the fact that Michael Moorcock has managed to turn these characters into actually interesting people is a triumph for him and just shows the failure of Moffat. The main reason that I watch Doctor Who is for the stories and this is one of the best I've listened to (Clive Mantle performs this incredibly well by the way, seriously it keeps your attention for the complete 10 hours) as for anyone who doesn't like this story, maybe you should look into why you are here...
