This story of Jackie Tyler trapped in Big Ben during an alien incursion with the metacrisis Doctor features an interesting script and a great performance by Camille Coduri. The power of the script is definitely character driven as we get a look at the meta-Crisis Doctor who appears to be quite different from the Doctor in the main Doctor Who universe. More importantly, the story subtly explores Jackie as a character, with some nice revelations at the end. This also nicely sets the stage for the next metacrisis Doctor story. Overall, a funny and heartfelt story and easily my favorite Short Trip this year.

Camile Coduri absolutely LIVES Jackie Tyler, handling a whole half-hour just on her own merits. She does bring some of Tennant's speech mannerisms into the occasional Meta-Crisis Doctor line. She also displays a lovely depth of character, owing no doubt to the wonderful writing. Love it!

Lovely addition to the range Camille is , this story is just a great yarn of possibility in the parallel world. Meta doc is a tit but it’s about Jackie mostly and that I can love
