Synopsis
MYTH MAKERS 169 - CHRIS CLOUGH Director
Hosted by IAN KUBIAK
“Those studio shoots were a nightmare! You had to cram all that stuff through!”
CHRIS CLOUGH’s first TV credit as a director was GO WITH NOAKES, while employed by Granada television. After going freelance, he directed episodes of BROOKSIDE and EASTENDERS.
During his time on EASTENDERS, CHRIS got to know GARY DOWNIE, who also worked on DOCTOR WHO. After an interview with producer JOHN NATHAN-TURNER, he subsequently directed six stories, TERROR OF THE VERVOIDS, THE ULTIMATE FOE, DELTA AND THE BANNERMEN, DRAGONFIRE, THE HAPPINESS PATROL and SILVER NEMESIS.
After DOCTOR WHO, CHRIS moved into producing, working on shows like THE BILL, BALLYKISSANGEL, THE GHOST SQUAD, SKINS, SIRENS and THE MISSING.
Interviewed during MYTH MAKERS LIVE 2, at The Colour House Theatre in London, CHRIS has a lot to discuss with interviewer IAN KUBIAK!
