The Babblesphere is great story written by Jonathan Morris that would have fit easily into Season 17 when Douglas Adams was the script editor. It's a humorous tale that also manages to offer social commentary on our twenty-first century reliance (and probably over-reliance) on social media as the Doctor encounters a colony held in the thrall of the Babblesphere, a network in which everyone's private thoughts are shared, but some users are turning up murdered.

The story is clever and a lot of fun to listen to. The only thing I had mixed feelings on was the Eleventh Doctor's cameo (listing the Ood as one of your top five enemies. Really?) Still, it's an entertaining and fun hour that I thoroughly enjoyed.

First off let me say that if you don't like Season 17 of Doctor Who or the work of Douglas Adams you will not get as much enjoyment from Babblesphere as others. But my own opinions are that Babblesphere is just one of Jonathan Morris's fun stories that are a joy to listen to despite having some flaws in their essential elements. This one is Jonathan Morris's jab at social media and the addiction to the internet. Like the other three stories from this range, Morris combines elements from other stories mainly The Long Game and Rise of the Cybermen. The humor here is also excellent especially when the Eleventh Doctor makes his cameo and name drops the worst Doctor Who villains and the Ice Warriors. So yes this may not be for everyone but try it for yourself and see what you think.

The fourth Destiny of the Doctory story features the fourth doctor and Romana II . The poorest of the story's so far, the narration was ok and the story was very boring.
