A great example of the kind of light story that isn't enough to flesh out to a full story but enjoyable for what it is. The Doctor and Charlie are well written and the plot has a nice quick flow. There aren't any developments that add to the characters or deep morals to be learned but sometimes a bit of fun is all you need.

Foreshadowing is a fun little story that finds an Army Lieutenant dragged out of bed in the middle of the night to deal with two intruders-the Doctor and Charley and to hear the improbable explanation of how they showed up on a restricted base with some very strange equipment.

This is a very cute story that has a lot of charm and doesn’t go too far in its humor. It’s pleasant, amusing, and has quite a few Easter Eggs towards the end for long time fans of Doctor and other ranges related to that. Overall, just a very fun release to listen to.

There is a more than a vague reference in theme in this story to the film with Brad Pitt, who, instead of ageing returns to his childhood. This is a age regeneration story, in reverse at least when the unfortunates come across a time roach. The Doctor and Charlie are the on the trail of the said infestation when they are detained by the solider who has been infected, superiors find them standing over the solider who as gone from being a 30 year old grown man to a 5 year old, who wants a fluffy bunny to calm him down. The story is narrated wonderfully by the gorgeous India, in her enviable silky smooth voice. You find yourself cast adrift in a audio daydream as she relays her adventure as Charlie with the Doctor. This is not a real mental gymnasium of a story, so it is just the job to unwind to and listen and let it do the work. The story is original and fun, and, reminds us that the 8th Doctor albeit apart from the Divergence stuff is actually one of the best.

The best of this series so far. It does the short format justice. Interesting and not overly ambitious or complex story that fits well. The characters are captured well and there is some nice continuity thrown in. All the while, it never feels rushed. Nice twist at the end as well. The mental image of Charlie Pollard in a cat suit is quite pleasant also.
