Sssowing the Ssseedsss: Musings on being an Ice Warrior was a short documentary about the Ice Warriors containing interviews with Alan Bennion, Sonny Caldinez, Bernard Bresslaw, and Sylvia James.

The actors talk about how they got the parts of Ice Warriors and how they played them. They also discuss how the costumes were made and fitted, giving first hand accounts of what is was like to be on set as an Ice Warrior.
