Synopsis
Parrot Fashion was a 2|entertain documentary on the making of The Pirate Planet. It comprised of interviews with the cast and crew. It was released on the DVD of the serial in the Key to Time boxset. It focused much upon how Douglas Adams got his script to Doctor Who.
A 30-minute documentary looking at the writing and production of The Pirate Planet. Featuring an archive interview with writer Douglas Adams, plus contributions from actors Mary Tamm (Romana), John Leeson (K9), Bruce Purchase (Pirate Captain), Rosalind Lloyd (Queen Xanxia) and Primi Townsend (Mula), script editor Anthony Read, director Pennant Roberts, film cameraman Elmer Cossey, visual effects designer Colin Mapson, Douglas Adams's half-brother James Thrift, and Adam's friend and biographer Nick Webb.
