Synopsis

It parodied Russell T Davies and Julie Gardner's time on Doctor Who.

It was revealed on The Time Scales and Outpost Gallifrey on June 1sr, 2021 as being evidence that Russell T. Davies was aware of and apparently approved of John Barrowman exposing his penis. #penisgate2021
